The Board of County Commissioners conducts two regular meetings each
month: the first Monday at 8:30 am and the third Monday at 5:30 pm.
If falling on a holiday, the meeting is scheduled for the next
business day. Meetings are held in the boardroom located on the main
floor of the courthouse except in cases where crowd size dictates
the need to use the courtroom facilities. If
interested, Community Clubs can invite the Board to hold their third
Monday meeting at the community's facility by submitting written
request to the County Manager one month in advance of the date
requested. Those interested in attending are asked to contact the
County Manager's office to confirm the location of the third Monday
meetings.

date.
Depending on the length of the agenda, requests may be postponed to
a future meeting.
Confirmations will be provided no later than the Friday prior to the
Monday meeting.
