The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners will gather at the Cherokee County Maintenance Facility at 180 Marks Drive in Murphy on Tuesday, November 7^th at 6:30 p.m. for the official re-naming of the Cherokee County Maintenance Facility to the Justin Hamby Maintenance Facility. Justin was the former Cherokee County Facilities Director. He passed away earlier this year following an extended battle with cancer. This Sunshine notice is being given because all Board members will be in attendance. No county business will be conducted, aside from the building dedication.
