Chrome and Edge have had a security update that affects FTP sites. To download GIS data from this data center, use Chrome browser and follow the directions below:
-In the Chrome browser's address bar, navigate to chrome://flags
-Search for Enable FTP.
-Set the status of the flag "Enable support for FTP URLs" to "Enabled".
If you still have trouble downloading the data from the FTP site, contact your own local computer technician for assistance.
