The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting on Friday, February 20th at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to accept a letter of recommendation from the Cherokee County Republican Party for filling a vacancy in the Office of the Sheriff. There will be no other business discussed. The meeting will be held in room 342 at the Cherokee County Courthouse, 75 Peachtree Street, Murphy, NC.
