NOTICE AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT:
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
(SPA 23-0045)
The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits hereby provides notice of its intent to amend the Medicaid State Plan to apply rate increases to the following select group of DME codes to be reimbursed November 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024:
• A7520, A7521, A4623, B4158, B4160, T4544, T4543, A4351, K0005, K0861, E1007, E1161, K0739
This amendment will become effective on November 1, 2023.
The annual estimated State fiscal impact of these changes is:
SFY 2024 $ 1,000,000
